Thanks to its individual analog controls, coupled with a simultaneous heat and moisture generation system, this moisture heated holding and proofing cabinet allows you to easily adjust temperature levels and control the amount of moisture in the cabinet, to create the perfect environment for holding and proofing any type of food at your desired temperature and moisture level.
