Description

This non-insulated, heated holding cabinet lets you hold foods so that it stays at safe temperatures and maintains its flavor and appetizing appearance. An additional analog temperature control and passive humidity generation system enables you to customize the holding environment to suit your specific needs. This unit features fixed wire slides spaced in 3" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans.
