Merrychef eikon e5 High-Speed Accelerated Cooking Countertop Oven

The eikon e5 is a rapid cook oven that has Accelerated Cooking Technology to combine convection and microwave methods to cook up to 5 times faster than conventional methods and has an extra large capacity with a 2/3 gastronorm cavity. The oven also has ventless cooking capability.

The rapid cook oven is operated with an EasyToUCH iconic symbol touch screen control panel that features a color touch screen and offers up to 6 stages with programmable cooking times, microwave power settings and user instructions for each stage. Menu updates or data transfers can be done via a USB memory stick on this rapid cook oven. These ovens also have built-in diagnostic testing systems to monitor components.

These rapid cook oven units are constructed in all stainless steel with a bottom-hinged door.

The Merrychef eikon e5 is an electric unit that runs on 208/240 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 30 Amps for 6,200 Watts and comes with a 6' power cord with a NEMA 6-30P plug.
