This silicone sheet mold is ideal for commercial catering, restaurants, or residential households to produce uniquely shaped food creations.
This Flexipan is a durable, flexible silicone-coated glass fiber that is designed for cooking and refrigerating your uniquely-shaped savory and sweet food products and can the mold be reused for up to 3,000 cycles.
The mold is made of strong, food-grade silicone with a non-stick finish that is safe to use in the freezer or oven, resisting temperatures between -40 to 580 degrees F. The mold is NSF listed and it is dishwasher-safe.
