Jackson AJ-64CE 287 Rack/Hr High-Temp Conveyor Dishwasher, 230/60/1

The AJ-64CE is a high-temperature conveyor dishwasher from Jackson. This dishwasher can handle approximately 287 racks per hour. The contents on each rack will be placed through a cycle which includes a wash, power rinse, and final rinse. Sanitation is accomplished by a high temperature rinse. These stages are powered by separate internal stainless steel, self-draning pumps. This product is constructed of 304 series stainless steel. The conveyor system is driven by a stainless steel pawl bar. There is an "Adjust-a-Peek" feature on the pawl bar which allow the end user to slow down the conveyor speed, which can be useful for items that contain particularly stubborn dirt or grime. The "Energy Guard" feature automates much of the machine. The Prewash, Wash, and Power Rinse tanks are automatically filled when machine is activated. There is an incoming water pressure regulator, as well as a pressure reduction valve.

The AJ-64CE is designed to maintain tank water levels at all times, even when pressure is low. There are levers on the front that can be used to drain the machine completely. The "Energy Guard" feature automates much of the machine. The Wash and Power Rinse tanks are automatically filled when machine is activated. The tank features low wattage electric heating. The water temperature is maintained by fast acting thermostats.
