Imperial PCVG-2 Double Deck Natural Gas Convection Oven, Standard Depth, 140,000 BTU

The PCVG-2 is a Standard Depth, 2-Deck Convection Oven from Imperial. This oven features five racks and 10 rack positions per deck. The exterior of this product is constructed of stainless steel (with the exception of the rear), while the interior is porcelainized. Large windows and (2) interior lights allow for easy viewing. 60/40 doors are designed to swing open to 130°. Both doors on an oven can be operated by one hand. This model has been designed for easy maintenance.

The PCVG-2 is manually controlled. The time and temperature controls are designed to give maximum versatility. There is a 60-minute manual timer with an audible buzzer. The controls are also digital. The fan motor features two speeds for bake and roast. This unit runs on natural gas. The total gas output is 140,000 BTUs. There is an electric utility requirement of 120v/60/1ph and 9 amps. The oven is NSF, CE, CSA, and ETL listed. It is also made in the USA.
