The PCVE-2 is an Electric 2-Deck Convection Oven from Imperial. This oven features five racks. The exterior of this product is constructed of stainless steel (with the exception of the rear), while the interior is porcelainized. A window and interior lights allow for easy viewing. Both of a deck's 60/40 doors can be operated by one hand. The fan motor features two speeds. The PCVE-2 is manually controlled. Electrical specs are 208v/60/1ph. The oven is CE and ETL listed, and also also made in the USA.
