Groen TD/FPC 10-Gallon Electric Table Top Tilting Braising Pan - 240V, 1-Ph, 6kW

Groen braising pans combine the functions of a skillet and kettle into a single, high performance, commercial cooking solution. The TD/FPC is equipped with electronic controls that limit temperature variations to improve food quality and consistency while also reducing labor and food costs.

This braising pan with 10 gallons is part of the Groen Table Top Electric Model line, has a 7” pan depth, and is constructed of type 304 stainless steel. Automatic shut-off controls and a high limit thermostat are also included as safety features to maintain temperature settings.

With an easy to use manual tilt mechanism, the console is mounted to a heavy duty base while the pan is supported by a trunnion in the console and a left hand stabilizer. The braising pan comes with a standard mounting bracket for the faucet as well as graduated fill level markings in both gallons and liters.
