The Empura EMSTG24-HD Heavy Duty Gas Griddle is a 2-burner, 24-inch wide countertop griddle model with thermostatic controls. Constructed from Stainless Steel, this gas griddle utilizes a 3/4-inch thick stainless steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and efficient cooking. The griddle features a 4" splash guard, a removable drip drawer, and it stands firmly on 4" chrome legs.

This model is 24" wide so it will not take up a large space on your countertop or work table. In addition, since there are 2 burners that are each individually controlled, you can cook a different type of food in each temperature zone.
