The Empura EMHP2-HD is a 2-burner Heavy Duty Gas Hot Plate that only measures 12 inches wide. You can easily have two stock pots going and take up only a foot of counter space. That is efficient. Plus the entire hot plate unit is constructed from stainless steel. The hot plates themselves are cast iron for durability and excellent heat distribution to your pots, pans, and skillets. For easy clean up the stainless steel, full-width drip tray slides out the front.
