The tank has a 6-liter capacity, graduation markings for proper oil level, and drop handles for easy removal for cleaning. A temperature control switch allows you to adjust from 120F-375F degrees with an overheat sensor that cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465F degrees. This fryer comes standard with a nickel plated wire mesh basket that has a collapsible heatproof handle, nickel plated wire mesh grate to protect the heating coils and a stainless steel cover.
