The EmberGlo 25C has made open hearth broiling real, economical and profitable for every type of food service operation. The BARBRIQ transmit burning radiant heat to the meat uses its natural juices and creates more natural fuel. The burner jets are placed along the sides of the recessed hearth instead of below it.
