The E-6-CBSS is a 88" wide, Thurmaduke standard stationary electric steamtable from Duke with 6 stainless steel sealed heat wells (each 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" deep) with drains, copper manifolds and 1 brass master valve. This steamtable has a stainless steel body and a stainless steel top.
There is a Robertshaw thermostat with indicator light on each section and 1 master toggle switch with indicator light. This stationary steamtable stands firmly on 6" polished stainless steel adjustable legs.
The E-6-CBSS Thurmaduke steamtable is available as 208 units, a power cord and NEMA plug are not included: 208 Volts and 21.6 Amps with a NEMA L6-30 connection, using 4,500 Watts.
