The Doyon NCOT5 is a countertop convection oven that squeezes a lot of cooking power in a unit that measures just under 30 inches wide. With a five half-size (13" x 18") food pan capacity, you are working with an approximately 2.6 cubic feet of cooking space. Doyon's dual pane cool touch glass in the door allows you to safely check on the progress of your food, providing a full view of the oven compartment.

The NCOT5 is constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, which makes both the exterior cabinet and interior compartment durable enough to withstand many years of use. The Doyon NCOT5 convection oven also includes a safety cutoff switch for the fan blower that is triggered when the door is opened. While this commercial convection oven unit is a countertop model, it still can keep up with the demand for breads, meats and more.
