Description

The Delfield N8131-FAP Two Pan Drop In Forced Air Refrigerated Cold Food Well keeps foods chilled at the ideal temperature thanks to its black air deflectors that guide the airscreen over flush mount pans and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The Delfield N8131-FAP is constructed of stainless steel for easy cleaning and uses environmentally friendly being Non GWP (Global Warming Potential) and Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) polyurethane insulation. The unit utilizes 20-gauge stainless steel top construction, 24-gauge stainless steel exterior housing, and condensing unit suspended below the cold pan on a 16-gauge steel frame.
