The Delfield N8118BP One Pan Drop In Mechanically Refrigerated Cold Food Well keeps foods chilled at the ideal temperature thanks to a thermal transfer compound, high density environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation throughout unit, and R290 refrigerant which helps yield superior cooling. The Delfield N8118BP accommodates (1) 12" x 20" pan. The unit features 20-gauge stainless steel top construction, galvanized exterior body, and a condensing unit suspended below 16-gauge galvanized frame.
