These durable oven racks from Channel Mfg use angle pan slides to hold 18" x 26" bun pans or perforated trays in a heavy-duty, high tensile extruded aluminum (Type 6063-T5 alloy) frame that is guaranteed to never rust or corrode. They ship fully assembled and ready to use.
They come equipped with extra high temperature, 4" phenolic wheels (475 degrees F continuous use, 575 degrees F intermittent use, and -45 degrees F for blast chillers) on full swivel casters with Zerk grease fittings that are bolted to the frame for simple replacement.
