These mobile, full-size racks hold up to 15 bun pans (4" spacing) and are constructed with 18 gauge, 304 series stainless steel.
The pan slides are heli-arc welded with a bottom load ledge design that holds standard 18" x 26" bun pans, 18" x 13" trays and 17" x 25" fryer screens. Options and upgrades are available, including a variety of caster brakes, bumpers and pan stops or solid aluminum tops or bottoms.
The rack rolls smoothly on 5" full swivel non-marking casters that are bolted to the frame for simple replacement.
