The Champion 54 DR 208 Rack/Hr High Temp Conveyor Dishwasher has a heavy-duty 54" wide wash system plus Champion's DualRinse technology, so it is capable of getting your dirtiest dishes sparkling clean. The Champion 54 DR high-temp conveyor dishwasher gives your dishes an intense wash and rinse while also conserving water and electricity. Champion has included efficiency features such as the Energy Sentinel, which is an idle pump shut-off, and the Never leak drain closure which uses a ball valve. These components have helped the Champion 54 DR earn an ENERGY STAR rating. Even the DualRinse stage, which uses over 300 gallons of water to rinse your items, only utilizes 115 gallons of new water per hour. Note that the conveyor dishwasher features a top-mounted control cabinet located outside the splash zone. In addition, Champion has designed an anti-jam conveyor drive system so you can wash up to 208 dish racks each hour without delays. Note that this model is available standard with 208 Volt electrical, but there is also an optional 240 volt electrical model.
