The MDPM2 is the countertop 9 1/2" wide stainless steel individual pie merchandiser cabinet from Carter-Hoffmann that can hold up to 28-boxed pies (box size: 1 1/4" high x 3" wide x 6" deep) at ideal warm serving temperature in a stainless steel removable pie caddy with 2 columns. There is a double panel stainless steel door on this pie merchandiser with an illuminated panel for a graphic display.

There is a forced-air heating system in this pie merchandiser and it uses an incoloy-sheathed heating element, a fan motor, and a solid-state temperature controller. The temperature can be adjusted on this pie merchandiser cabinet and it is preset at the factory for 165 degrees F with a low temperature of 140 degrees F.

The cabinet of this pie merchandiser cabinet is all stainless steel with a 20-gauge polished exterior and a 24-gauge interior. The top, bottom and sides of the cabinet on this pie merchandiser are insulated with 1" thick, continuous wrap-around high-density fiberglass.

The Carter-Hoffmann MDPM2 individual pie merchandiser cabinet is an electric unit that operates at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 4.2 Amps for 500 Watts of power.
