The HL8-10-RW is the LOGIX8 series Full-Height 76 3/8" tall, non-humidified insulated hotLOGIX heated holding cabinet from Carter-Hoffmann with a top-mounted forced-air heating unit that operates with digital controls and 2 warming drawers with a thermostatic dial temperature control on each one. These non-humidified heated holding cabinets are perfect for holding covered foods for extended periods of time, keeping cooked food warm and ready to serve in a lightweight and sturdy stainless steel unit.
This heated holding cabinet has removable 16-gauge stainless steel universal slides and the unit will fit up to a total of (10) full-size 18" x 26 pans and hold temperatures up to 200 degrees F.
There is 1 double-panel, insulated solid hinged door with a magnetic latch on this heated holding cabinet and the unit features 2" thick high-density fiberglass wrap-around insulation.
The Carter-Hoffmann HL8-10-RW heated holding cabinet is an electric unit that operates at 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 16.7 Amps for 2000 Watts of power. The unit comes with a 10 ft power cord with a standard NEMA 5-20P plug. It is recommended that this unit be connected to a dedicated and protected circuit.
This heated holding cabinet rolls on a set of 5" diameter rubber casters (2 with brakes). This heated holding cabinet is UL EPH Classified and UL listed in the United States and Canada for safety.
