The Cambro UPCH16002SP401 is a 28-3/4" wide, ENERGY STAR certified Ultra Camcart heated food pan carrier from Cambro in Slate Blue with a security package. The pan carrier is front loading and has a double wall polyethylene shell that is insulated with polyurethane foam.

The heated compartments on this food pan carrier maintain temperatures between 150–165 degrees F with non-radiant heat to provide the perfect temperature range for keeping food safe and hot while maintaining moisture. This front-loading heated food pan carrier holds (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans.

There are molded-in vertical handles on each compartment of the heated food pan carrier. Durable 9" nylon door latches provide maximum temperature retention and they are easy to open and close securely. The heated food pan carrier rolls smoothly on (4) heavy duty 6" casters (2 fixed, 2 swivel with 1 brake).
