Since the 1980’s, Crown Steam has been a leader in both innovative design and manufacture of steam cooking equipment for the foodservice industry. Initially acquiring production of steam vessels from Southbend in the 90's, as well as purchasing and improving gas kettle designs from Southbend, Crown was able to offer a complete line of both gas and electric steam vessels to the marketplace.

Over the years, Crown has produced its own steam equipment, electric and gas powered, plus OEM steam vessels for several other major foodservice companies. Crown Foodservice is part of the Middleby Corporation, allowing it to continue providing high quality steam cooking equipment to your foodservice establishment, plus the dependable customer-centric support of Middleby.
