It’s no secret that we love our potato products around here.  From a restaurant operations standpoint, potatoes are cheap, and they bring quite a lot of joy to those who eat them.  We know that we love most types of fries that are out there.

Today, we’re going to talk a little bit more about the wonder of the potato wedge.  For commercial settings, it’s advised that you use a 6 wedge French fry cutter, one where you can just push the potato right through and get awesome tasting potato wedges on the other side – it saves a LOT of labor time.
