Blodgett SHO-100-G DBL_LP Liquid Propane Double Deck Full Size Convection Oven - 100,000 BTU

The SHO-100-G Double is 38-1/4" wide, stainless steel, double-deck full size gas SHO Series economy convection oven from Blodgett that has stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. There is a standard depth baking compartment on each gas convection oven that can accommodate (10) 18" x 26" pans (5 per oven). Each gas convection oven has a full angle iron frame, a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and interior lights. The double-deck convection oven stands firmly on 6" stainless steel legs.

There is a Dual Flow Gas system that combines direct and indirect heat. There is also a 2 speed fan motor and (SSM) solid state manual controls with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer that allows you to set precise temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F on each of these convection ovens. Each oven comes equipped with a cooling fan and a 1/2 HP blower motor that has automatic thermal overload protection. This convection oven operates at 100,000 BTU/hr (50,000 BTU/hr per oven) and uses Liquid Propane for fuel. There is a 3/4" NPT gas connection on each convection oven.

The electric components on this gas convection oven runs on 115 Volts, 60Hz, 1 phase and 6 Amps and it is equipped with a 6 ft power cord.

Each convection oven is ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
