Blodgett SHO-100-E DBL_208/60/1 Double Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 208V, 22 kW

The SHO-100-E Double is 38-1/4" wide, stainless steel, double-deck full size electric SHO Series economy convection oven from Blodgett that has stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. There is a standard depth baking compartment that can accommodate (10) 18" x 26" pans (5 per oven). The electric convection ovens have full angle iron frames, double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liners and interior lights. The unit stands firmly on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs.

There 3 tubular heaters, a 2 speed fan motor and (SSM) solid state manual controls with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer that allows you to set precise temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F on each convection oven. The ovens come equipped with a cooling fan and a 1/2 HP blower motor that has automatic thermal overload protection.

The SHO-100-E Double is an electric unit and and each runs at 11 kW (22 kW total) using 208 volts, 1-phase and 51 Amps. This unit is hardwired, and a plug and cord are not included.

The convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
