The BLCM-62-62E is a Double Electric Boilerless Combi Oven / Steamer from Blodgett. This unit is highly versatile as it's capable of steaming and baking large quantities of food with its (10) 18" x 26" full size sheet pan or (20) 12" x 20" full size hotel pan capacity. This unit features a reversible 9-speed fan as well as a core temperature meat probe, making it both efficient and convenient. The BLCM-62-62E is built with (10) wire shelves and glass doors as well as a full stainless steel interior and exterior.
