Blodgett BDO-100-E DBL_208/60/1 Double Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 208V, 22kW

The BDO-100-E Double is a stainless steel double-deck full size electric convection oven from Blodgett, with stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows. There is a standard depth baking compartment on each electric convection oven that can accommodate (10) 18" x 26" pans (5 per oven). Each oven has a full angle iron frame, a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner and interior lights. The unit stands firmly on 6" stainless steel legs.

There are 3 tubular heaters, a 2 speed fan motor and (SSM) solid state manual controls with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer that allows you to set precise temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees F on each of these ENERGY STAR certified convection ovens. Each oven comes equipped with a cooling fan and a blower motor that has automatic thermal overload protection.

The BDO-100-E Double full size convection oven is an electric unit and and each oven runs at 11 kW (22 kW total) as 208 Volts and 1-phase. This unit is hardwired, and a plug and cord are not included.

Each convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.
