The 1415 DOUBLE is a Double Deck Countertop Electric Oven from Blodgett. The front, top, and sides of the model are constructed of stainless steel; while the back and bottom are made of aluminized steel. The baking compartment liner is also aluminized steel. This oven is capable of working alone or with other units. Insulation is a 1” high-temperature mineral fiber sheet.
The controls are solid-state digital, and feature a 12-hour max timer with audible alarm. There are (3) tubular type heaters with this product. A stacking kit is included. The electrical specs (per section) are 208v/60/3ph and 3.75 kW.
