This bread slicer has a 1/3 HP motor and carbon steel independently mounted blades that cut loaves gently and cleanly from the top. Included are a front-mounted stainless steel bagging trough and an easy access, removable scrap pan. In addition, the MB Series bread slicers have a Sky White, polyester powdered cut finish and stainless steel contact areas for easy cleaning.
