Description

The CTP10-20E is a 43 3/4" wide, Combitherm CT PROformance electric boiler-free combi oven/steamer from Alto-Shaam that has tthe capacity for (11) 18" x 26" full size sheet or (22) 12" x 20" full size (1/1 GN) hotel pans.

The combi oven/steamer features PROtouch controls with steam/convection/combi/retherm modes, a removable single-point temperature probe, 2 power levels, and 4 cooking modes. There is SafeVent steam venting and a CombiClean PLUS system with 5 cleaning levels on this combi oven/steamer. The right hinged door on this combi oven/steamer features a CoolTouch3 glass window with high efficiency LED lighting integrated in the door. There are 2 side racks with 11 non-tilt support rails in this oven/steamer and it stands firmly on adjustable stainless steel legs.

The CTP10-20E combi oven/steamer is an electric unit that does not come with a plug and must be hardwired for 208-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 3-phase and 95.7 - 109.3 Amps for 30.4 - 40 Kilowatts of power. There are (2) 3/4" NPT water inlet connections.

This oven/steamer is made in the USA, UL listed in the United States and Canada, CE listed, and UL Classified EPH.
