The 200-HW/D6 is a 28 1/16" wide drop-in hot food holding well from Alto-Shaam for (2) 12" x 20" full-size, 6" deep pan (pans not included).
This drop in hot food holding well has a single hot well with an adjustable single thermostatic controller and it has a stainless steel exterior and interior. The Halo Heat system provides a controlled, uniform heat source that delivers gentle heat that extends the holding life of food products without continuing the cooking process.
The 200-HW/D6 heated drop in hot food holding well is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 10.0 Amps for 1.2 kW with a 6 ft power cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug, or 208-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 4.3 - 5.0 Amps for 0.9 - 1.2 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a NEMA 6-15P plug, or 230 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 5.2 Amps for 1.2 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a 250V rated plug.
