The 2-ASC-4G/STK is a 38" wide, Platinum Series stacked full size gas convection oven from Alto-Shaam with manual controls and a porcelain enamel interior. These convection ovens have dependent 60/40 door systems with solid stainless steel doors and a double pane thermal glass window, 6 chrome plated wire shelves, and the capacity for (12) 18" x 26" pans per oven with a temperature range of 100-500 degrees F.
These full size gas convection ovens have a stainless steel front, sides, and top, and each operates with a heavy duty 3/4 HP fan motor.
The 2-ASC-4G/STK gas convection oven is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 7.5 Amps for 0.9 kW per oven and each one comes with a 9 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The ovens are available as either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane with a 1/2" NPT gas connection and it operates at a maximum of 50,000 BTU per oven.
This convection oven is made in the USA, NSF listed, and ETL listed for the United States and Canada.
