The 2-ASC-4E/STK/E is a 38" wide, Platinum Series stacked full size electric convection oven from Alto-Shaam with electronic controls and a porcelain enamel interior. Each convection oven has a glass door, 6 chrome plated wire shelves, and the capacity for (12) 18" x 26" pans per deck with a temperature range of 100-500 degrees F.

These full size electric convection ovens each have a stainless steel front, sides, and top, and each oven has a heavy duty 3/4 HP fan motor.
