The 2-ASC-2E/STK is a 30" wide, Platinum Series stacked half size electric convection oven from Alto-Shaam with manual controls and a porcelain enamel interior. Each convection oven has a glass door, 5 chrome plated wire shelves, and the capacity for (9) 18" x 13" pans with a temperature range of 100-500 degrees F.
Theses half size electric convection ovens each have a stainless steel front, sides and top, and each oven has a heavy duty 1/4 HP fan motor.
The 2-ASC-2E/STK convection oven is an electric unit that is available as 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 24.0 Amps, 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase and 13.8 Amps, 240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase and 20.8 Amps, or 240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase and 12.0 Amps for 5.0 Kilowatts of power per oven and it does not come with a cord or plug.
This convection oven is made in the USA, NSF listed, and ETL listed for the United States and Canada.
